Christmas in the museum

The Christmas period is the cosiest time of the year. Will you come celebrate in the Plantin-Moretus family home?

Christmas is a very special holiday for the museum.  A unique 18th-century Neapolitan Nativity scene, a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations put the house in the right mood.

Christmas party

On Sunday, 17 December we will organise a Christmas party with workshops, stories and music.

Come print something on a Kastaar mobile printing press or make Christmas and New Year's cards with silver felt-tip pens.

Taste dishes made by LesOdettes. They mix and match flavours from their garden with wild plants, old and new vegetables, slow cooking and raw food.

Dance with the dance group Passi just like they did during Plantin's lifetime.

Or listen to midwinterstories.
